District Rotary Foundation Chair Jerry Hardy recognized Fair Oaks Ranch Club Rotarians Ron & Kathy Hubbard as Level II Major Donors in a ceremony during the Club’s May 19, 2021, luncheon meeting. Kathy has been a past President of the Fair Oaks Ranch and Boerne Noon clubs as well as District Governor (’18-’19), among other positions. She currently serves as District New Club Champion.
