Thanksgiving Turkeys

People Power! Dozens of volunteer organizations spent their day-before-Thanksgiving helping out. The Christian Men of Boerne fried turkeys all morning at the Kendall County Fairgrounds. Then, other groups, including the Rotary Club of Fair Oaks Ranch, arrived to help direct traffic or pack and deliver! Their donation of time and treasures at this annual event means hundreds of needy Hill Country Families received a delicious Thanksgiving meal! Good work everyone!
